Set includes a block unipole ceramic magnet, 4 x 6 in.  x 1/2 in. thick - 3950 gauss mfg. rating, Velcro on the plus side of magnet, a 52" x 3" wide DM Cool Wrap and a 31" x 3" wide DM Cool Wrap.
The Velcro on the magnet will hook into the DM Cool Wrap to stay where you want it. Will fit lower back, and hip area. The negative magnetic force is directed toward the body. 
Do not use if you use an electrical medical device such as a Pacemaker or defribullator.

The block ceramic magnet is very strong and has deep penetration. It is made of a ceramic material. It is non-flexible and comes with a cloth covering. This is a very heavy block magnet, approximately 2.5 pounds, it is not suitable for use when walking.
